The location is convenient, being close to a train station. The staff treated us well and the serene environment provided a peaceful and relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful experience at a ryokan in Hakone. the traditional Japanese accommodation at Yoshiike was complemented perfectly with modern conveniences, such as toilets and a lift. Our Japanese room was comfortable and we slept well on the futon. the ryokan is conveniently located near the station and boasts a beautiful Japanese garden. the staff provided excellent service, despite any language barriers. the welcome drink during dinner was a delightful touch and the feast of delicious Japanese food was a highlight of our stay. We were more than satisfied with our experience at Yoshiike Ryokan.

The onsen was fantastic and the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Hakone Yumoto station. The staff were friendly and helpful, showing us around the hotel and explaining all the amenities. We loved the cleanliness and the beautiful garden, it was one of the best we saw in our time in Japan.

Best aspects of our Xmas stay: We had a great time during our Xmas stay! the complementary hot springs and traditional Japanese breakfast were amazing! We also loved the beautiful garden that surrounded our room. the location was perfect, it was easy to get to all the top tourist attractions without any hassle. We were lucky to have a clear day and caught a spectacular view of the city.

Worst aspects of our Xmas stay: the room could have been cleaner. We did find a few stains on the carpet and some dust in the corners.
