We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family trip. The private hot spring and stone spa in the room were a real treat, and we loved relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of Yufudake. The staff here were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to the main shopping street and Kinrinko Lake. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location is very convenient as it is close to the main shopping strip and just a short walk away from the main tourist street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good heating system and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the clerk even driving us to the JR station when we had trouble finding a taxi. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with visually pleasing and tasty food.

The breakfast is not served in a traditional Japanese style, which may be a bit odd for some guests.

Our stay at Yufuin Bettei Itsuki was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One particular instance stood out to us - when we arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggage to the JR station, which was a 20-minute walk away. However, the kind clerk noticed our predicament and offered to drive us and our luggage to the station in her car. We were so grateful for her thoughtfulness and it saved us a lot of time and hassle. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. We especially loved the private hot spring and stone spa in the room, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious, served in a private room with a stunning view of Yufudake. our stay at Yufuin Bettei Itsuki was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is not very close to Yufuin station and they do not offer a shuttle service. It would be more convenient to have a car to drive to the hotel.

Amazing stay! Loved the spacious rooms, each with its own private onsen. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And the food? Simply delicious! We enjoyed meals in our own private dining rooms, and the presentation was beautiful. Best of all was the location. We were close to all the major attractions, but still felt like we were in a quiet retreat. Truly a great place to stay and relax!

That there wasn't much help with our luggage, which we found a bit difficult to manage on our own. for the price we paid, we would have liked a bit more variety in the main dinner menu.
