We loved the spacious room with a lovely view and the friendly staff who spoke English. The public baths were fantastic, especially after a long day of travel. We also enjoyed the Japanese dinner and breakfast, which were some of the best Japanese meals we've had.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, and the enjoyable hot spring facilities. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, provided a relaxing experience. The hotel also had amenities like yukata and tea equipment in the rooms, and a big supermarket nearby where we could find affordable sushi and sashimi. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were top-notch and highly satisfying.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Yufu! the location couldn't be better, as it is very close to the JR Yufuin station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and offered either western beds or traditional Japanese style. I especially loved the rooms with a mountain view - it was truly a breathtaking sight to wake up to. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options. this hotel provided great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Text: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. The highlight for us was the outdoor foot bath, a perfect way to relax and soak our feet after a long day of exploring. Although there was no convenience store nearby, there was a supermarket just a short walk away. The hotel even provided a shuttle van to the train station on the day of our checkout. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The view of Mount Yufuin from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. the hotel also had great facilities like a big onsen and a karaoke room that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions in Yufuin, such as the JR station and Kirin Ko. Although it was a beautiful place to walk through, it might be inconvenient for those who prefer a shorter distance. Additionally, some guests mentioned that the room's carpet and chairs were stained and needed better cleanliness.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and a great Western restaurant right nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with some being able to speak English. The hotel itself had so many facilities, including a big onsen and a free massage chair. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need, including a yukata and tea equipment. The highlight for me was the Japanese-style hot bathtub, a truly authentic experience. The price also included a delicious Japanese breakfast. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!
