We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ryokan. Yufuin Lamp No Yado is a hidden gem in a picturesque setting. the renovated 175-year-old building structure adds to the charm of the place. We especially loved the small garden landscape and the three outdoor private hot springs. After exploring Yufuin Town, we enjoyed a relaxing foot bath in the garden. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we were delighted to receive postcards and instant photos as souvenirs. the convenience of a common kitchen and dining area, as well as the nearby Lawson convenience store and Post Office, was definitely a plus. the location was also convenient, with Yufuin Station just a short walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely on-sen ryokan with a charming 175-year-old building. The garden and three outdoor private on-sen were delightful, especially the foot on-sen after exploring Yufuin Town. The common kitchen and dining area were convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the Walking Street and Kinrin Lake on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located, close to everything. It's just a short walk to the convenience store and the station, making it very convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom facilities are clean. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, the hotel offers free bike rentals, perfect for exploring the area.

The hotel lacks a dryer for laundry, but there is a laundromat nearby.
