The cozy cottages, with their modern design and comfy beds, allowed us to sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. We were in awe of the stunning view from our private outdoor hot spring, surrounded by the tranquil forest under a starlit sky. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home, with their impeccable service and excellent language skills. The gourmet dinner, featuring a multitude of courses including a hot pot and delectable raw fish dish, was a gastronomic delight. The breakfast was equally delightful, with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. the location near the Maenokawa shrine and the river provided a serene setting for relaxation and reflection.

While everything about this stay was remarkable, it's worth noting that the European-style wines and cocktails were not readily available.
