The price of the hostel was really affordable and offered good value for the money. It was great that they provided towels and even a toothbrush without any additional charge. , the location was super convenient, especially for those interested in experiencing the Osaka nightlife. Being near popular areas for food, shopping, and easy access to public transportation was a definite advantage.

To my stay at this hostel. the mattress on my bed was uncomfortably hard, resulting in a poor night's sleep and aching back in the morning.

The hostel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and shop. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making check-in and check-out processes a breeze. the hostel provided complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer, which was a nice touch.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Had an amazing budget stay at Zen Labo for 5 days. Perfectly located in the heart of Dotonbori, with all the shops and restaurants you need nearby. Super close to Namba station, making it easy to explore Umeda, Shinsekai, and Kanazawa Castle. Rooms were clean and cozy, and the lounge and kitchen were convenient. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.

I stayed at Zen Labo for four nights and it was a great experience. The staff was accommodating and checking in and out was easy. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Dotonbori. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good quality toiletries provided. I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a private bedroom with a double bed. The wifi was reliable and the staff spoke English. it was a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

I had an exceptional stay at this hostel in the heart of the city. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the Nippombashi Subway station and the bustling shopping street. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always available to assist me with any needs I had. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the panoramic view from the rooftop lounge was breathtaking, especially at sunset.

I did notice that some guests did not adhere to cleanliness standards and left small traces of trash and hair in the sink.

We had a fantastic stay at Zen Labo. the location was perfect, close to Nippombashi Subway, and within the vibrant Namba Walk area. the price was great value for money. Our room had a convenient bench next to the bed, which was spacious enough to accommodate our carry-on suitcase. the hostel provided all the necessary amenities, including a pantry with a microwave, kettle, plates, and glasses. They even gave us toothbrushes, body towels, face towels, and bath sponges. a comfortable and well-equipped stay.

This hotel is an amazing value for money! The location is right in the center of Dotonburi, making it really easy to explore the city. The staff is really nice and accommodating, and the basic amenities, like the furnished kitchen and breakfast, are great. Another nice feature is that the separate floor for the bedrooms with small beds is a really cool setup.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated in the heart of the city near Dontonbori and Kuromon market. Additionally, it was just a short walk from Nippombashi Station and Namba station, providing convenient access to transportation.

The facilities were clean, and they provided free towels, slippers, and toothbrushes. The room had a small light for each bed, which was really convenient. I already miss it and can't wait to visit again someday.

Stayed at a lovely, cozy guest house with free WiFi, shared kitchen, and comfy rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Glico Man Sign and Namba CITY shopping mall.

The provided amenities like towels, slippers, and toothbrushes were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and had a small light for each bed. The location was excellent, right on Doutonbori Street with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The shower area was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The bunk bed had a curtain, coat hanger, bag space, shelf, and lamp. The large lounge area and basic kitchen were open 24/7. I had a splendid stay.

The bed was a bit hard and the air conditioning was either hot or super cold, but the comfortable blanket made up for it. The shower took a while to get hot water, and the hot mode was erratic.
