The hotel is real convenience being so close to the touristy area and also Gion, and we liked not having to deal with a physical key. the room was cozy and had all the toiletries we needed, and the shower was definitely a highlight 🚿. .

Zizi Kyoto Gion offers peaceful, relaxing rooms with a lovely design and a Dyson styling brush. Located in a non-touristy area, it provides a nice escape.

Light enters the room early. Children's noise possible.

The room size was great and included a separate bathroom and toilet which was lovely. Another advantage is the location, close to the main attractions and easy connections to other parts of the city. the staff was really friendly and accommodating.

The stairs to the room were steep and narrow, which made it difficult for me as I have mobility issues. the breakfast was rather limited, and the snacks at the reception weren't enough to satisfy my hunger.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to all the tourist spots we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served at a convenient time. the hotel offered great facilities and advantages such as a mobile router and laundry service.

There was a small lack of hanging space for clothes.
