Great location, friendly staff, excellent service. Well-appointed with a Michelin starred restaurant and fabulous Spa. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Junior suite was wonderful with a comfortable bed, well stocked bar, and luxurious bathroom. Close to the center of town, easy parking, and delicious breakfast. Lovely boutique hotel with attention to detail.

The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey was great value for money with a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the island and the bar had delicious cocktails.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped, and the turn-down service with homemade shortbread was a lovely touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the half-day spa session, and although we could only book one afternoon, it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants.

What a beautiful hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night at the end of January, and we were blown away by the modern reception and warm, friendly staff. We mentioned it was my boyfriend's 21st birthday, and we were upgraded to a deluxe suite! The room was absolutely amazing, and the pool and spa area were so lovely that we visited twice in our short stay. The location is also great, just a 5-minute walk from the town and with a nearby bus stop. The small touches and excellent customer service from the staff really make this hotel stand out. We will definitely return!

I recently stayed at The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the town and accessing the port. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff at reception, in housekeeping, and in the bar were commendable for their helpfulness. The bar area was lovely, serving great cocktails, and it was a nice touch to find Elemis products in the beautiful ensuite bathroom.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were nothing short of luxurious. the spa and wellness centre provided full body massages, body wraps, facials and more, while the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. the staff was attentive and the restaurant and bar area served great food.

The only minor issue was the lack of signage to reception upon arrival, but the great staff made up for it. Other than that, this hotel met all our needs and provided a top-notch experience.

Great location close to all amenities and perfect for a business trip. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the breakfast options and the well-equipped fitness center.

While the hotel offers good facilities, some may find it a little pricier than other options in the area. the decor could use a bit of updating, but this did not detract from my overall experience.
