Ample, free offstreet car parking. The friendly staff made our stay super enjoyable with their efficient service. The faultless, freshly cooked breakfast served in a clean and jaw-dropping environment was mind-blowing. The inhouse bar facility was an added bonus. The clean room and bathroom, with ample storage space and plenty of hangers, exceeded our expectations. Plus, my wife, who is very particular about cleanliness, had no complaints at all. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff, who even accommodated our request for a lower floor room for my mobility. The onsite restaurant and proximity to town made it a convenient choice. Free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle - everything we needed was right there. a fantastic experience!

The wifi at the hotel was excellent, allowing me to stay connected and work efficiently. the price of the hotel was also very reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option. I particularly enjoyed the cozy sitting room, where I could relax with a good book or get some work done in a quiet atmosphere.

The shower in my room was a bit of a disappointment. the water pressure was too low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

I had a wonderful stay at the Old Bank House. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious. The hotel room was comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. Despite some minor drawbacks such as limited breakfast choices and small shower cubicles, my overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The walls between rooms were a bit thin, and we could hear the TV from the next door. the hotel also acted as a pub, making the bar/restaurant busy and noisy at times.

The hotel is in a quiet location, within walking distance to the beach and a local shop. The rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds and a good welcome tray. The adjoining restaurant serves excellent breakfasts and the staff are accommodating. Good bus link to St Helier.
