The hotel had a great location, just across from the main promenade in Saint Helier, making it easy to access the beach and explore the island. The room was comfortable and clean, with fantastic amenities like a mini fridge and a kettle for making tea or coffee. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was exceptional, offering lots of choice. Additionally, the hotel offered a pool and spa area for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel could use a minor update, but it hardly took away from the overall charm and luxury.

Very friendly staff, great location with a bay view, and close to town. Facilities were well presented. Good quality and plenty of choice for breakfast. Spa uses Elemis products. On outskirts of town, quiet at night, and close to beach. Staff helpful and prompt service. Suitable for both business and pleasure.

Room was not cleaned regularly and had to ask for basic amenities like toilet paper and towels. the bed covers and pillows were worn out, and the room lights were not good.

I had a fabulous time at Grand Jersey Hotel And Spa! The customer service was outstanding, with the reception staff going above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. The room had a stunning ocean view and was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were professional and friendly. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were top-notch and made our stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, tasty food, and friendly atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right across from the beach. The room was spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the quality was fantastic. The hotel also had a spa and gym facilities, allowing us to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel in a perfect location.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel were in need of refurbishment.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking a historic castle. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a sea view room. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

The location of the hotel next to a busy road was a drawback, as it led to some noise and made us keep the window shut most of the time. the prices of the drinks in the hotel were quite expensive compared to other nearby establishments.

Great location, opposite Elizabeth Castle with stunning sea views. Spotless hotel with all amenities. Friendly and attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and clean spa and pool area. Memorable meals at the Elizabeth restaurant. Can't wait to return.

noisy neighboring room impacted our sleep

the Spa & wellness center was luxurious with immaculate indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. the massage and body wraps were heavenly and the Spa lounge was a perfect relaxation spot. The restaurant offered tasty, good quality and generous breakfast with private in-room breakfast options available. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the service; some of the staff appeared uninterested and stand-offish. the private facilities the hotel has makes up for this and provided us with an exclusive and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as a safe and fridge, and the complimentary water every day was appreciated. the hotel patio bar and seating area was well-maintained with exceptional service from the waitstaff. the hotel offered a nice pool and Jacuzzi, which were free for hotel guests.

The hotel was not located in the best area of the city and there was a lot of noise from the busy street outside. the breakfast was not up to the standard we were expecting for the price of the hotel.
