The food at the evening meals was absolutely fantastic. I had a delicious gluten-free meal that was specially created for me. The staff were warm and friendly, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of choices. The hotel was very clean, and the location, while a bit further out of the city center, was conveniently located near transportation options. The hotel facilities were also great, with parking available.

Can't fault the property in any way. None of the negative aspects mentioned in the previous reviews applied to my stay.

The hotel is very close to the town centre and the main shopping area streets, which are only a 20-minute walk away at a steady pace. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good choice and fresh, well-cooked food. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the nice swimming pool. This city is a great holiday location that we always enjoy visiting.

Great value for money, excellent food and friendly staff. the restaurant had a lovely ambiance and the service was top-notch. We had no issues with the communal areas or the well-stocked bar. the rooms were a bit dated, but the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the breakfast was a bit disappointing as they didn't have the requested vegetarian fruit yoghurt.

The full English breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were attentive and quick. The hotel's location, although a bit further from the center, was manageable with local buses. The option to top up our 7-day travel card online at a reasonable price was a pleasant surprise. The Oh café/bar next to the Jersey Opera House was a hidden gem with tasty and well-presented dishes.

I recently stayed at Norfolk Lodge for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a daily supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. The bathroom was nice and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. a great 3-star hotel with a bonus indoor swimming pool.
