As young holiday goers, we loved the comfortable beds and friendly staff. The breakfast had a great variety and the hotel had a nice lobby area to hang out in. The hotel parking was convenient and free. The cigar lounge, as well as the spa and fitness center, were a nice added bonus compared to other hotels in the area.

We felt very well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.

I recently stayed at Marriott in Amman for a week-long vacation. The staff, especially Fawaz and Asem, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room on the 12th floor had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel made it easy to arrange day trips with their partner taxi company, although sometimes the drivers' English wasn't perfect.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Amman. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Yousef and Fawaz at the front desk provided excellent service, while Asem the concierge gave great recommendations. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The hotel had good heating and cooling, nice amenities, and easy check-in, check-out, and valet services. Additionally, the location was convenient, being in downtown Amman and close to the airport. Special thanks to Mr Mazen AbdulHadi, Jafar, who assisted with luggage and offered recommendations, and to Badran and Ismail from the executive lounge.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling area, surrounded by clubs that swindle tourists. The location is perfect for exploring the various sightseeing places around, and the staff is always ready to provide recommendations. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with modern bathrooms and a great view of the city. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast selection is fantastic, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a pool for guests to enjoy.

The only downside is the inconsistency in the cleaning service. The cleaning staff occasionally forget to replenish certain items or arrange the room properly.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, catering to different dietary preferences and ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One of the downsides of my stay was the room service. They did not consistently replenish the items in the room, such as whitener for my tea and milk.

Extraordinary experience at Marriott. The executive suite was spacious and impressive, with a luxurious living room and a large dining table. The outdoor terrace by the pool was perfect for relaxing. The bar area had multiple TVs and a great atmosphere. The staff at the Italian restaurant was exceptionally nice. highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a lovely weekend in a hotel that offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a great location near many attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the beautiful view from our room.

We were disappointed to find out that the pool policy had changed and children were not allowed to swim. We were also not informed about this change beforehand which caused a great deal of stress and sadness for our family.
