The staff was incredibly flexible and kind, making my stay mind-blowingly comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean with great AC, perfect for a good rest before exploring. The familiar atmosphere was a super bonus and despite a not-so-great first impression, I was jaw-droppingly pleased with the facilities and staff.

Great budget hotel, nice and helpful staff. Good location, close to attractions and public transportation. Clean and comfortable rooms, with all necessary amenities provided.

Dinner was not served during our stay. Juice at breakfast was not fresh and coffee was not of good quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even offered to drive us to the main gate of the nearby attraction and helped arrange transportation to another popular destination. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was a short walk from the city center with its many restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, and the room was clean and cozy. we were highly impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and convenient location of this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a small hotel in the heart of Petra. The owner, Mr. Mosleh, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. He even arranged transportation to and from the JETT bus station without any extra charge. The local buffet dinner was a delightful culinary experience, giving me a taste of authentic Jordanian cuisine at a reasonable price. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day, with a good variety of bread, eggs, salads, and juices/coffee. Additionally, Mr. Mosleh organized a Wadi-Rum tour at a very affordable price, demonstrating his commitment to fair pricing. the hotel offered great value for money and exceptional service from Mr. Mosleh and his staff.

our stay at cleopetra was exceptional. the owner, Mr. Mosleh, provided free pick up and drop off at the bus station and arranged a reasonable-priced wadi-rum tour. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. overall, worth every penny.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure that I had the best possible experience during my stay. They even offered me a refreshing mint tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room, though small, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast, while limited in variety, was delicious and provided a good start to the day. The hotel also arranged for transportation when I needed it, making my visit to Petra much easier. I had a great time at Cleopatra Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel had everything we needed. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. We enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival and the manager was fantastic with kids, entertaining them with magic tricks. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and Petra. Highly recommended!

The best aspects of my experience at this hotel were the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist me, especially when it came to transportation and visa arrangements. I also really appreciated the included shuttle service to the Petra site in the morning. It saved me both time and money. the clean rooms and good cost/quality ratio were definite pluses for me.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of an early warm water supply. It was a bit inconvenient coming back from a dusty day in Petra and having to wait until 5 pm for the hot water.

Staff arranged everything, even a camel ride to Petra. The hotel had Wi-Fi and parking. They were so kind, they even offered me tea and water.

My biggest issue was. wait for it.

The room was small but comfortable, and the staff were the best. They were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. the breakfast was great with a wide selection of food, and the teething ring welcome drink was a delightful surprise. the location was also nice, making it convenient to explore the area.
