The staff is attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. The hotel also offers free bottled water every day and has clean and well-maintained facilities.

The lack of proper cleaning service left something to be desired. Sheets appeared to not have been changed, with hair and dirt still remaining on the pillows and under the bed.
