We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Ayman, Mohammed, Ammar. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to famous shopping malls. The front desk staff, including Hamza, Alaa, and Yousef.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Bayan for the smooth check-in process and Mr. Suhaib for his excellent room service. The location was convenient for shopping and dining. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Kempinski in Amman. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the staff, especially Anwar and Bayan, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my stay even better. Sandra from the business center also provided me with great insights about Jordan. The hotel's facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and spa, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Health club at the hotel is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The employees are very friendly and collaborative. it was a great experience. Despite some minor issues with the taxi cost and pillows, I would recommend Kempinski.

The staff in the parking area are friendly and helpful. The reception staff, especially Durra and Baian, are kind, professional, and always ready to assist.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel at home without crowding us. The concierge, Ali, went above and beyond, even checking in with us on his days off. The General Manager, Nour, showed great care when one of us fell ill and immediately came to our room to assess and diagnose. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to the King Abdullah mosque and within easy reach of the city center and ancient sites. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were all top quality.

Had a great time during my xmas stay! the hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration that added to the holiday spirit. the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the location was perfect, close to key attractions and shopping areas. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a great way to start the day.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. the carpets in the hallway and my room had a strong odor of cigarettes, which was unpleasant.

Had an amazing stay at a hotel recently. the breakfast spread was fantastic with chefs cooking fresh dishes to order. the chef shared the recipe for their delicious traditional bread. the hotel is well located and the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful, always smiling and available to assist.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. It was a fantastic experience overall and I can't wait to go back again.

Nothing not to love.

The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded Executive Rooms and the attentive service provided by Dora, Adli, Mohammed, Ali, Iyad. The hotel has a nice bowling alley, and the location is good, with easy access to many events, famous shopping malls, and restaurants. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was very convenient to explore Amman and visit all the nearby attractions. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable and it was frustrating to try and stay connected.
