The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the omelette, waffles, and pancakes were made to perfection. the room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's interior was beautifully decorated. the hotel's location was ideal, with a local market right beneath it and the Roman theatre and citadel within walking distance.

Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly or attentive. It took some of them a while to respond to requests and they seemed dismissive.

The facilities are artistically designed with modern comforts, professional and accommodating staff, convenient downtown location, high-quality and fresh food at the restaurant, clean and stylish rooms with comfy beds.

What a great experience it was staying at this hotel during my city trip! the staff was incredibly accommodating and extremely nice. They offered us complimentary breakfast and parking which made our trip even better. the hotel had an amazing location right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and sightseeing locations within walking distance. What we especially enjoyed was the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It had a comfortable bed and great TV programs with no issues with hot water.

We did encounter a couple of things we didn't like, such as the small bathroom in our room. the staff was a bit pushy in terms of selling hotel services, such as the restaurant and transportation, without suggesting other options available outside the hotel.

Cleanest room in Jordan trip. Comfy bed, stylish room and facilities. Great location for Citadela and Roman Theater. Tasty breakfast. Great value for money.

The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing us to stay connected. The hotel's location in the bustling city center was perfect for exploring on foot or with a taxi.

We had a minor issue with our room allocation, as we accidentally booked a triple room. However, the staff was extremely helpful and flexible, promptly moving us to a double room the next day.
