We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel! the service provided by Zeyad at check-in was exceptional. He helped us choose the perfect room, and we were grateful for his assistance. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, just a short stroll away from the entrance to the famous Petra. This convenience made it incredibly easy for us to explore the ancient city at our own pace.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few downsides to note. the room itself was adequate, but it lacked the level of comfort we were hoping for.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It is very close to the Petra Visitor Center, allowing us to easily access the beautiful temples of Petra. We even found a market on the way where we could grab some water and snacks. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and there are good restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to the Jett bus station.

The pressure in the shower was very low.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with stunning views and a great location. The top floor room offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The spacious and clean room, along with the large bathroom, made for a comfortable stay. I was also pleased with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The buffet breakfast, served in a dining room with expansive views, was delicious and included an omelette station. The hotel also had a rooftop cafe with terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Despite ongoing construction in the area, I was not bothered by any noise. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and great amenities.

The staff was incredibly helpful, giving us directions during bad weather and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the WiFi worked well.
