The staff at New Park were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. They even assisted us in purchasing bus tickets from Petra to Amman when we couldn't buy them beforehand. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel for a week, and it was securely stored until our return. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to museums, ruins, and downtown. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable.

For us, New Park Hotel was the perfect choice. 😉

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even upgraded our room and arranged transportation for us. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights in the city. We felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evenings. the room itself had a balcony with a view, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and kettle.

The hotel could use some renovation and fixing up. the bathroom door didn't close properly and the toilet seat was broken.
