New hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Great hill views, strong WiFi, and 5-minute walk to Petra. Staff are friendly and offered early check-in and room upgrade. Convenient location for visitors and easily accessible by foot.

Nothing not to like.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a big smile. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with fresh eggs made to order, perfect for a day of exploring Petra. the location is ideal, just a short walk from the Petra Visitor Centre, making it convenient for sightseeing. the recently opened hotel has new and excellent facilities, including a lovely terrace for dining.

One area that could be improved is the dinner menu, which lacked local tasting options and variety. I suggest additional training for the staff to enhance their service quality further.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, only being a few minutes' walk from Petra visitor center. The hotel is new and extremely clean, with stylishly designed and spacious rooms. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a great spread and the chef was very friendly and accommodating towards vegetarian guests.

Truthfully, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everything from location to service was near perfect. The only drawback we came across was that the gym wasn't open yet, but that was understandable considering it was newly established and the opening was imminent. we were very satisfied and we would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its pristine rooms elegantly designed with quality linens, pillows, and towels. The screened sliding door opened to a beautiful deck with chairs and a table overlooking the hills. The modern bathroom with strong water pressure and ample hot water was impressive. The staff was professional, polite, and humble, making me feel special. They provided a top-notch service during my stay, which truly enhanced my experience. The indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the sun loungers, added that luxurious touch that surpassed my expectations.

Although I couldn't find any significant fault with the hotel, the gym had not yet opened, and so I had to go elsewhere to work out. Nevertheless, the hotel management assured me that it would open shortly, and I appreciated their honesty.
