The staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all of Madaba's tourist attractions and just a short drive to the Amman airport. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a good variety of options including omelettes made to order.

Baha'a took the time to ask about my plans for Jordan and gave me some excellent tips for smoother traveling. the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions.
