We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was simply unbeatable. It was just a 3-minute walk from the entrance of Petra, which allowed us to easily explore the site early in the morning. Additionally, it was reassuring to know that we didn't have to walk far in the dark after attending the Petra By Night event. The staff was super nice, honest, and helpful. They even went above and beyond by returning 30 JOD that we had accidentally overpaid on arrival.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short distance from the main entrance to Petra and many restaurants. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was impressive. The managers at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation to Wadi Rum.

The hotel seemed to be in need of some maintenance and renovation. The room we booked with a bath had a cracked and dirty tub, and there was no plug available.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the Petra visitor center and the archaeological park. The rooms, with two beds that can be pushed together, are spacious and have large windows that offer beautiful views of the Petra area. The breakfast provided is satisfying and sets you off on a good start.

They also offered a free shuttle to the entrance and breakfast was included, which was a bonus. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was not very clean and there was a strange smell in the bathroom. the shower barely had any hot water and was not very powerful.

The staff at Silk Road Hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to share a bed with our daughter in a triple room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing the comfort we needed after a night of camping. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the Petra entrance. We also appreciated the mint tea welcome drink and the availability of parking at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, providing plenty of choices for dining.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main gate of Ancient Petra, making it easy to explore this historic site. We enjoyed the Turkish bath in the building, which was a nice way to relax. Parking was also easy and free in front of the hotel. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant opposite the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to store our luggage for an extra day. We booked a room for a solo traveler, but they kindly upgraded us to a spacious family room with three beds.
