Safi and Ahmad from room service were particularly exceptional, making our birthday trip truly memorable. Safi even called us every day to check in and ensure we were well taken care of. I believe their outstanding hospitality deserves recognition and an award. the housekeeping staff, Mohammed Sugar and Ahmed Abu Khadijah, also deserve praise for their exceptional service. Ahmed, in particular, stood out as one of the best managers I've ever encountered. Because of him, we even extended our stay. Mais from concierge was another standout, always lighting up the lobby with her presence and ensuring our needs were met. the staff at St Regis made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for, and I will definitely be returning thanks to them.

Our room was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. We received two complimentary chocolates upon our arrival and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
