We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Y. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The fast Wi-Fi allowed us to get some work done during our vacation. The hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore the shops and attractions nearby. we highly recommend Y for its exceptional hospitality and convenience.

This hotel is a great mid-range option in a fantastic part of town. It's located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and modern, with newly done bathrooms. I particularly loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful Amman city view. The breakfast selection was abundant and delicious, and the staff showed excellent hospitality, going above and beyond to assist with car rentals and excursions. The fast WiFi also made it easy for me to get some work done during my stay.

We could easily explore Rainbow Street and downtown Amman with just a short 10-minute walk. Additionally, the rooms were a pleasant surprise with their newly done bathrooms and balconies. The attention to detail and cleanliness were truly impressive. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and added to our overall positive experience at the Y Hotel.

There were only pre-cut fruit, bread, and jelly available. No fresh options like cheese or eggs. However, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The staff were helpful and even packed me food for my early tour. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown and famous food spots. Despite the breakfast, I would recommend this hotel overall.

Guests can start their day with a satisfying breakfast that offers a good range of choices.

Although minimal outside noise is experienced, light sleepers may be slightly disturbed by the intermittent sounds of a water pump at night.

I had a fantastic experience at Y. the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, even offering us watermelon upon our arrival. the hotel has a beautiful, quiet garden where we enjoyed delicious shawarmas for dinner. the staff was also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to retrieve our forgotten headphones from our room, even days later. the location of the hotel, halfway up a hill, provided stunning views of the city. there were several dining options within a 10-minute walk. the room itself was spacious and suited all our needs. the personnel were friendly and always ready to assist. Parking was ample on the street. the breakfast selection was varied enough for our two-day stay. We especially loved the hotel terrace, where we could enjoy breakfast or a cup of tea while taking in the city views.
