This hotel is truly value for money, with fully-equipped rooms that include kitchen facilities. The location is great, being above a busy street. The staff provide excellent service, while the basic amenities and modern rooms make you feel right at home. The breakfast options are also a great touch, making this hotel great for an extended stay.

During our recent stay at Viola Hotel Suites, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and at home. They were incredibly helpful, especially since we were unfamiliar with the city and didn't speak Arabic. The breakfast spread was delicious and featured a variety of local specialties. The rooms were simply amazing, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. We also appreciated the large fridge in the room, allowing us to store drinks and snacks. our stay at Viola Hotel Suites was fantastic, and it quickly became our favorite place during our time in Jordan.

As young people, we really enjoyed the spacious room and modern amenities. The big fridge and microwave were a great addition for our convenience. The location was perfect, right in the city center and easy to access by car. The private parking was a bonus. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location was great, right next to the national stadium, which was perfect for catching a game. The private and free parking was a huge benefit for us as we traveled by car. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the national stadium and a mall. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The rooms are cleaned daily and come with complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The breakfast offered is great and there is a private parking area for guests.

The restaurant staff could improve their English language skills, which would make communication easier for guests.

We were given complimentary drinks and candies upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient as it was near a grocery store and a fast food chain. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four.

Our Christmas stay was not as merry as we had hoped. the noise level was very high, we could hear cars honking and people shouting outside all night long.
