I had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel. the room was basic but spotlessly clean with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and great amenities like wifi, TV, and a fridge. the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, with lots of cheap cafes and markets nearby. I especially loved the view from the rooftop. I would definitely stay at Zaina Plaza again.

the hotel, Zaina Plaza, is situated in the bustling districts of Jabal Amman and Jabal Weibdeh. the surrounding area is filled with shops for all your daily needs, from groceries to clothes. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Despite a small issue with housekeeping, the hotel staff promptly provided clean sheets and were courteous throughout my stay. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a good A/C unit and hot water in the shower. the WiFi signal was also satisfactory, and the location was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying affordable local cuisine.

I recently stayed at Zaina Plaza for my business trip in Amman. The staff, especially Mr. Yazan, were incredibly polite and helpful. The location was perfect, with shops nearby, and the value for money was excellent. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had good water pressure. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to help us find a lost phone. a great experience.

Zaina Plaza was the ideal spot for my globetrotting adventures. The lively street where it sits provided endless energy. Express check-in, cozy rooms, and free WiFi were a plus.

There were some disappointments during my stay. The room was not properly cleaned and lacked basic amenities like towels and toilet paper.

The hotel is conveniently located near everything. You can easily walk to the city center, and it's close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were helpful. The location is also great for exploring the nearby Rainbow Street with its nightlife and good restaurants.
