We had a great time exploring the central location and enjoying the variety of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The view from our room, especially of the mountains, was fantastic. The hotel's newly renovated and well-maintained facilities added to our comfort and enjoyment. The free shuttle to the airport was a convenient perk. it was an excellent choice for our group of friends.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of downtown with stunning views of the mountains. The room with the balcony was amazing, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Plus, the breakfast selection was fantastic with so many options to choose from.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Situated in the old centre, it offers beautiful mountain views and is just a short walk away from museums, parks and universities. The spacious and clean rooms include a comfortable bed and a great shower room. The friendly and professional staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast features a good selection of items and the coffee shop is a great place for a morning cup of coffee.

One downside is that the lighting in the room is not sufficient for working at the desk, although the overall cleanliness and modern facilities make up for it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Almaty and I was really impressed with the value for my money. The room I had was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is also in a great location, right in the city center and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe more variety would have been nice.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, just a short walk from the metro and walking street. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a great selection of food. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

The room was small and cramped with a tiny bathroom, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The shower unit was poorly designed and in need of repair.

The upgraded rooms were perfect - clean, comfortable, and had a great view. Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Separate AC in room for temperature control. Jacuzzi and sofa bed in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location was great and the views of the mountains were stunning. Although the room was a bit old, it was comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the 24h check-in and check-out concept. I would recommend this hotel.
