Great views, great service

During my recent stay at Saad Hotel Astana, I was immediately impressed by the stunning views of Khan Shatyr from my superior room. The hotel staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the reservation process, check-in, and check-out a breeze. The hotel itself boasts two restaurants and a lobby bar, offering a variety of food and drink options. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance, including fast food options in the nearby shopping center.

The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. The staff at check-in, particularly the concierge, were helpful and provided useful recommendations. The gym and pool were well-maintained, with nice locker rooms. The view from the room was enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the "tent" shopping center, close to the main sights in the city. It is also just a short distance from the airport, making it a great choice for those traveling by car. The rooms are comfortable, with amenities such as bathrobes and slippers provided. The service is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. The rooftop restaurant offers fantastic views of the city.

The rooms could use some updating to make them more modern and functional.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were a sweet touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and the view from our room was breathtaking. An indoor swimming pool was an added bonus to our stay.

The breakfast was a bit of a let-down. The selection was minimal and the quality was mediocre at best.

The hotel had great facilities, including a nice indoor pool and a good quality gym. The buffet offered a good selection of food. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and attractions like the Baiterek Tower and Presidential Palace within walking distance.

Some guests reported security issues, such as people trying to enter their rooms under false pretenses. However, the hotel seemed to take this feedback seriously and improved security measures.

Excellent service, delicious food, stunning view from VISTA bar, convenient room layout, spacious and bright rooms.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa lounge. The service was impeccable, offering body wraps, massages, facials, and even make-up services. The restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience with cozy ambiance and an outstanding menu.

The only minor issue was the limited TV channel options. However, this was made up for by the luxurious treatment room and the exceptional attention given by the staff.
