Clean accommodations, great rates, self catering apartment with amenities, cosy and quiet, private and safe location, simple and functional design.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with restaurants nearby. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the river, which is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and well-heated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing assistance and suggestions for exploring the city. Breakfast offers a reasonable selection of hot and cold food, including tasty bacon.

Some parts of the hotel, such as the main building, may feel a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and come equipped with a kitchenette and multiple TVs with many channels. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to key offices. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options that satisfy different tastes.

The shower head and thermostat were not working properly, which made taking a shower and adjusting the temperature in the room somewhat inconvenient. Some facilities could benefit from a quick fix and a general upgrade.

We had a great experience at Chagala. The hotel's location is perfect, with restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away and the beautiful Ural river right at our doorstep. Although the facilities were a bit dated, they were of good quality and very durable. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at Chagala, having eaten there once during our stay. it was a great value for the money spent.
