During my recent stay in Karaganda, we had the pleasure of staying at the Cosmonaut hotel. The location was ideal, with a beautiful park nearby and easy access to local attractions. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the amazing restaurant, ZUMA, located right next to the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the well-maintained rooms. We particularly appreciated the twin room we stayed in, which was much better than the cheaper single room we had previously stayed in. The sleepers provided added a nice touch of comfort. It would be great if the rooms had transparent curtains to let in more natural light. The bar at the hotel served great cappuccino coffee and cold beer, including local brews like Loco and German. It is worth noting that the hotel is well-known, making it easy to locate for taxi drivers. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, good facilities, wonderful dining options, and cleanliness.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the breakfast. It was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the indoor pool was also a highlight of my stay. It was nicely heated and perfect for a relaxing swim. Moreover, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was situated in a peaceful area, which allowed me to enjoy a quiet and serene atmosphere.

One drawback of my stay was the internet speed. the Wi-Fi was slow throughout the hotel, which made it difficult for me to stay connected.

The bathroom had low lighting, which made it difficult to groom and get ready. Despite this minor issue, the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with elegant furniture and tasteful decor.

The location was conveniently situated in a quiet area, yet still close to local attractions. Additionally, they had a spa area with excellent amenities that I couldn't resist!

Although the breakfast was great, the check-out process took quite long. Additionally, the room lacked a deadbolt or chain on the door, which made me feel a bit uneasy. my experience was very positive, but there is still room for improvement in terms of check-out process and room safety.
