The room I stayed in at Doubletree By Hilton was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. It was a delight to have so much space to relax in. Check-in was also a breeze, making the start of my stay hassle-free.

Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as inconsistencies with room service and the minibar not working, I didn't personally experience these issues during my stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with several restaurants nearby and a mall with plenty of food options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with iron and ironing table available. The personnel was kind and respectful, providing good service to the guests. The hotel also had a gym and a great spa facility.

The breakfast offered was too poor, lacking variety and quality options.

Our Easter weekend was made even better by the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised by two complementary Easter treats in our room upon arrival. the hotel's convenient location near excellent dining options and fun activities made it easy to explore the city. the pool and fitness center were also well maintained and a great added bonus.

While the hotel staff provided great service, the rooftop bar run by a third party was a major disappointment. the unprofessional behavior of the staff, which included arguing in front of customers and taking drinks and meals before we finished them, put a damper on our experience.

The facilities in this luxury hotel were outstanding. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent and offered massages, facials, and body wraps. the heated indoor swimming pool was a delight, with sun loungers and a small bar area to relax. the restaurant had a great variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a treatment room and private facilities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location. Although the hotel had a great view, it wasn't located in the best spot for tourists.
