Comfortable and Welcoming Stay

The dormitory room I stayed in was extremely comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. the Wi-Fi connection was not very stable, which could be improved. it was a great experience with clean facilities and a cozy atmosphere, and I especially enjoyed the convenient location near the botanic gardens in Almaty.

The beds are super comfy! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud with the privacy curtains making it cozy. the kitchen had everything I needed to feel at home, and the staff, especially Irina, were so friendly and helpful. the free laundry machine was a nice bonus too!

Lockers were a bit of a hassle, with tricky keypads.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bathrooms and showers were always clean. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, with free drinking water and tea available. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious. The beds were comfortable, and the curtains, nightlamp, and plugs provided in each bed gave us privacy and convenience. The location was perfect, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The nearby Atakent mall and various restaurants and coffee shops were also just a short walk away. We were able to do our laundry for free using the washing machine provided. we had a fantastic experience at this hostel.
