The breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of options available. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to major shopping malls and tourist attractions. As an added bonus, the hotel offered complementary water and tea-making facilities in the room, making it more convenient for guests.

There were some minor drawbacks, such as the room service being inconsistent, with some days the staff not cleaning the room at all. sometimes the towels and other amenities were not replenished every day.

As women traveling alone, we loved the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms at this brand new hotel. The location on Mangelic Yel road was convenient, despite some construction noise outside. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the prices were reasonable.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.

I got great value for my money at Hampton in Nur-Sultan. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
