Hilton Astana is a fantastic hotel located near the expo center, making it convenient for visitors. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with high-quality furnishings and perfect lighting options. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great facilities, including a spa with sauna, steam room, pool, and salt room. Additionally, the location is ideal, being close to the town center and a large shopping mall.

There are some minor issues with the furniture in the executive suites, as they appear to be damaged and of lower quality compared to the other rooms.

My xmas stay was fantastic, with amazing complementary facts and a perfect location. The views were outstanding and the amenities were really great. Above, it was an incredible experience, with superb staff that were really welcoming and approachable. There was also a great variety of activities to indulge in, this made my stay even more interesting.

There was not much of a variety to choose from and it was not enjoyable as much as I had hoped. Another negative thing was that there were some areas in my room that lacked cleanliness.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were truly luxurious. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a range of treatments available. The indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The service throughout was top-notch, with attentive staff always on hand to assist us. The restaurant had a fantastic menu, with a variety of dishes to suit all tastes, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail.

There was only one minor issue during our stay - the steam room was not as hot as we had expected it to be, which was a little disappointing. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this venue.

Spacious rooms, high ceilings. Modern design, quality furnishings, good lighting. Great spa facilities - sauna, steam room, pool, salt room. Varied breakfast options, helpful staff, spacious venue. Excellent location near mall and Expo site. Perfectly sized desk for business travelers. Lots of open spaces.

During our stay at Hilton, we were amazed by the stunning view from our room on the 9th floor. We had opted to pay extra for the Expo view, and it was definitely worth it. The fresh and new hotel made us feel like we were staying in a modern and luxurious setting. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, providing a solid start to our day. The lobby bar/restaurant at Hilton was the best we've experienced, with drinks and food that surpassed anything else in the hotel. We also enjoyed the spa facilities and the gym, which offered a good range of equipment and a warm pool.
