We had a wonderful stay at a hotel situated in a prime location, close to the promenade and the town center. Our room had a stunning view of the sea, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the outdoor pool and water park. it was a fantastic experience.

There were some issues with room cleanliness and room service, with occasional missing items and inconsistent cleaning.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent sea view. Friendly, professional staff. Good facilities. Great location by the sea. Exceptionally clean. Very helpful and polite management and staff. Tasty breakfast. Enough food choice for vegetarians. Indoor pool included in standard rate. Spacious room with sea view. Complimentary drinking water provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the sea. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town center and within walking distance of the promenade. The view of the sea from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed taking evening strolls along the shore.

The hotel is located close to the promenade and several restaurants which was really convenient. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable during my Christmas stay.

The breakfast was chaotic with many empty food sections and limited staff to cater to the guests. the room cleaning was inconsistent with some days items missing and not replaced.

Indoor pool well maintained and clean. Convenient location for trips to Mangystau. Nice break from Nursultan. Helpful and kind staff.
