The view was nice. Polite and friendly receptionists. Nice finishing and furniture. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent window view. Rooms are well-equipped. Attention to detail. Good cleaning. Fine breakfast with decent coffee.

The view from the hotel room was amazing and it was easily accessible to the mall and restaurants. the breakfast had a nice variety of pastries and local twists that were very tasty. the room was well air-conditioned, spacious, and clean with fresh bedding.

There were a few issues with customer service, such as slow response times and forgotten requests. the facilities in the room were not always functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are even better than some 4-star hotels in the city. The rooms are well-equipped with thoughtful details and the cleaning service is good. The breakfast is decent with a variety of options including fruit, pastries, eggs, sausage, yogurt. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and provides good room setup, including fresh bottles of water every day.

The staff at the reception can be incompetent and unhelpful, especially when it comes to giving directions or addressing complaints.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to Forum mall and various restaurants. Additionally, the room was spacious and well air-conditioned, providing a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room and the new bedding were noticeable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The presence of a teapot in the room was also a convenient touch. The hotel's WiFi was reliable, allowing me to work seamlessly from my room.

During my stay, I encountered a few drawbacks. the reception boys were not as polite as the reception ladies.
