Comfortable and friendly

The hotel is conveniently located just around 800 meters from the city center, making it easy to explore all that the vibrant city has to offer. it is in close proximity to the airport, allowing for a hassle-free arrival and departure.

It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room, allowing guests to enjoy a hot beverage at their own convenience.

The room was quite spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained. the complimentary breakfast had a decent variety of items to choose from. the location was convenient and near a major business centre.

My Easter stay at this hotel was not entirely pleasant. the noise level in the lobby was quite high and made it difficult to relax in the common areas.

The collaboration with the nearby SPA center is highly recommended for relaxation and swimming. The room size is impressively spacious compared to European standards. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was right in the center of the business area and on the left coast of Astana. We were able to easily walk to the Theatre and shopping mall within 10-15 minutes. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a fantastic SPA center that they collaborated with. We highly recommend taking advantage of the swimming pool and relaxation areas. The room itself was incredibly spacious, much larger than the standard European size. We also appreciated the great service we received from the hotel staff, who were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The reception staff even presented us with a delicious chocolate upon arrival, making us feel welcomed and valued.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The WiFi is reliable, the breakfast choices are nice, and there is even a McCaffee just across the street for coffee lovers. The old Soviet-style interior adds a unique charm, with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The hotel staff is professional and the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to all the city's landmarks.
