The hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes away from the train station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are nice, clean, and spotless, providing a comfortable and quiet environment for guests. The staff is friendly, with natural smiles, and they speak English fluently. The hotel also offers good and fast room service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The hotel charges an additional fee for early arrivals, which should have been communicated to guests upon check-in, rather than later when they are about to leave.

Had a great Christmas at this accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to explore. We loved the modern and stylish decor of our room, which was also very clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly, which made for some hot nights despite the very cold winter outside. Additionally, while we enjoyed the nearby amenities, the immediate surroundings of the hotel felt a bit unsafe after dark. Nevertheless, with its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable room, we would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the city.
