I had a very comfortable stay at a hotel in Nur-Sultan with a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and modern, with nice furnishings and a cozy design. The location was a bit far from the center, but I was still able to walk there in about 20-30 minutes. I'll recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was quite good with a decent variety of options available. the rooms were clean and well-maintained with modern amenities provided. Location wise, it was quite convenient as most of the nearby places were easily accessible by either taxi or public transport.

My overall experience was ruined by the unprofessional and unfriendly behavior of the hotel staff. Despite being told about the issue with my room, no action was taken to rectify it.

Despite some negative reviews, I found the breakfast to be decent with a good variety of options. it was a great value for the price.
