We were pleasantly surprised by the tidy and well-maintained hotel in this small city. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the fish and pilaf. The hotel staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's transport service, with the professional driver Raimbek, made our trips outside Uralsk convenient. The massage by Lena was also exceptional. We would definitely stay here again in the future. we highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Uralsk.

What I really enjoyed was the transport service offered. It was very convenient and the driver was professional and friendly. the massage service was also great, definitely recommend it. the restaurant had delicious food with a good variety of choices.

The air conditioning system in the room wasn't great as the room was still quite warm. the payment process was a bit inconvenient as they wanted advance payment but didn't provide advance receipts.
