The conference facilities were well equipped, and the food provided during the event was of good quality. The hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance of local attractions, including a shopping center and the seafront. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

The Wi-Fi fees were exorbitant, with no free options available. the reception staff was unresponsive, and the room service was unimpressive.

I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance in Aktau. The room was comfortable and the air-conditioning was quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The bathroom was well-lit and convenient, with good water pressure and quick access to hot water. The gym was a highlight, offering panoramic views of the pool and Caspian Sea. The equipment was top-notch, and I didn't mind the lack of TV reception on the treadmill with such a beautiful view to enjoy. The room service breakfast was delicious and came right on time with generous servings. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Aktau.

The seasonal outdoor pool boasts a sun terrace, perfect for barbecues and lounging.

The only minor issue we encountered was the restaurant's limited menu. While the food was delicious, we would have appreciated a larger selection to choose from.
