The hotel is situated on the Asian side of the river, offering a stunning view of the Ural River. Being close to the administrative center, it's very convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy and clean environments. The shower provides piping hot water and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide selection of hot and cold food, with nice coffee available. The hotel also has amazing facilities like a swimming pool and gym.

There were some cleanliness issues in the corridor and restaurant area, with an unpleasant smell.

I had a wonderful time at a hotel in Atyrau. The location was perfect, right next to the river and in the middle of the city. The room I stayed in had recently been re-decorated, which made it feel fresh and comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the Italian dishes. Even though it was quiet in the evenings, I was able to enjoy watching the WC football. I had a good stay and would recommend this place to others.

The hotel is located near the river, and the view from the window was great. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty; the variety of food choices was appreciated. The gym and swimming pool are in good condition, and the staff was friendly.

The noise from outside was unbearable at night; it kept me up, and the walls were thin, which made it easy to hear conversations in the neighboring rooms.

The breakfast was delicious and the restaurants offered a taste of home. The room was spacious and the view of the river was beautiful. a great stay. 👍

We recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Atyrau and were blown away by the exclusive amenities on offer. The Spa & wellness centre was truly remarkable and the indoor swimming pool was just what we needed to unwind. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and massages, especially the full body massage. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The only downside we could find was the room we stayed in. While it was comfortable and had all the exclusive advantages we could ask for, we did notice a minor issue with the drainage system in the bathroom.
