The food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were great at the canteen, although my friend wanted more variety. The bar had a good selection of whisky and local beer. The staff were helpful and the room had a beautiful view of the sea.

As youngsters, we loved the adult-only pool with chilled vibes, delicious cocktails, and great lounge music. The main pool was massive, perfect for swimming a kilometer in the mornings. The spacious and modern room had a smart TV for easy access to our favorite streaming apps. The fitness and spa complex had a well-equipped gym and a relaxing indoor pool. The beach was clean, serene, and secluded, offering a peaceful escape. The staff were friendly and supportive, making our stay enjoyable.

During our stay at Rixos, we were delighted by the delicious food served in the canteen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The variety and quality impressed us. The bar also exceeded our expectations with a great selection of whisky and local beers. The staff were always attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view from our room, which had a garden view but still offered a glimpse of the sea, was breathtaking.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. Additionally, in the evening, there was an unpleasant odor from the Caspian Sea.

The hotel felt isolated and far from any city or town. It took a long time to get to other places, and I wasn't able to explore Kazakhstan during my stay.

The Spa & Wellness centre was the highlight of our stay, we enjoyed the massage, facial and beauty treatment sessions. Our room was spacious and we had exclusive access to a private indoor swimming pool. The restaurant served us tasty food and there were enough options for our vegan diet. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning and we loved the aqua park and jacuzzi. The hotel also had a great location with beautiful beach access.

While our stay was perfect overall, we encountered one minor issue during our visit. One of the live entertainment shows that we were looking forward to was cancelled without any prior notice.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a waterpark for the kids and just steps away from the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea. The staff were kind and always there to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the adult pool, which was peaceful and never crowded. a great experience!

The water in the infinity swimming pool was a bit too warm for our liking.
