The staff at Rixos went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We were impressed with their hospitality and attention to detail. The pool and sauna facilities were fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated close to kazakhasia restaurant, making it easy to access for meals. The location also offers a shopping mall and a restaurant nearby. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, with friendly staff offering excellent service. The hotel's spa is highly recommended, with quality and delicious food available for guests to enjoy.

The noise disturbances caused by some guests were not effectively handled by the staff.

My family and I visited this hotel during Thanksgiving, and we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and services offered. the location was perfect, with a shopping mall and a restaurant nearby. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with quality and delicious food served. the staff was very friendly, making our stay an even more pleasant experience.

There were a few things that we wished could have been better. While the pool was a nice addition, it needed to be cleaned more often, as we noticed some dust and garbage at the bottom.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide us with luxurious amenities. the Spa and wellness centre was excellent, offering a range of treatments including full body massages that left us feeling completely relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great features, providing the perfect chill, out space after a long day of exploring.

Our in, room breakfast was not quite up to the standard of the restaurant meals.
