The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent, with many major sights within walking distance. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

The morning meal could use some improvements, a wider variety would be appreciated.

my recent stay in almaty was great, but silk way made it even better. the staff, while having limited english, were extremely helpful and accommodating. their modern and clean rooms, along with convenient amenities like a fridge and tv, provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
