During our stay at Swissotel, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the well-maintained grounds. The hotel is nestled in a secluded area, surrounded by nature, which provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere for our family.

Although there were some issues with the drainage system in the shower and the lack of an outside gym and children's play area, we understand that the hotel is still working on improving these aspects.

Here, we found an exclusive and luxury stay with excellent amenities. The spa and wellness centre is a must-visit, with relaxing massages and an indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was good with various options. The garden area and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The staff is polite and professional, especially the reception manager who went beyond meeting our requests with a friendly approach. We highly recommended this hotel for a long or short stay.

The only minor issue we found was the slow check-in process at the reception, but it was compensated with a friendly approach from the staff. The prices at the restaurant and bar were expensive, but the quality and service didn't match the cost.

The hotel’s location couldn't have been more perfect. Surrounded by a beautiful park, it was a perfect escape from the city. Facilities were exceptional, with great swimming pools, and beautiful interiors. The spacious rooms were perfect, and the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. there were two complementary facts offered during our stay.

During our stay, there was a big corporate event that took place. The staff was busy serving them, which made other guests feel ignored.

On our recent stay at Swissotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning nature and breathtaking mountains surrounding the hotel. The front office staff, Dilnaz and Deniz, went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs, coordinating a buggy tour and sharing fascinating insights about the property. The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay and a must-visit experience. Despite some new staff undergoing training, the overall service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of. Even when I accidentally left my laptop in a taxi, the Duty Manager was incredibly helpful in ensuring its safe return. we are already planning to return to this hotel and highly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is located in a beautiful nature setting, next to a lake and surrounded by a big park. The rooms are well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and is polite and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and there are a variety of facilities available, such as a wellness center and room service. Guests can also enjoy the stunning view from their rooms.

There were long queues for the registration desk, causing a delay in getting the room at the expected time.
