Nothing to complain about at all.

We were upgraded to a spacious Junior Suite, which was fantastic. The room was clean and had a good bathroom. The reception staff, especially Anthony, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with exact directions to Hell's Gate and checked in on us via WhatsApp. The hotel is connected to a larger hotel, giving us access to facilities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and steam room. The air conditioning worked well and provided relief from the heat.

Wifi was spotty and slow.

For our quick stopover, we found a hotel that provided the perfect sanctuary. the free breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Wi-Fi was included in the room rate, so could catch up with some work after our trip. the guided tour we arranged was fantastic and the transport was easy to get to - it helped us tick some fantastic experiences off our list. It was also an ideal location for our flight as it was a short drive to the airport and we avoided the city traffic.

I had an amazing stay at Boma Inn Nairobi. The hotel is located close to the city center and offers a serene environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were taken care of. The amenities provided by the main Boma Hotel were excellent. The security was top-notch, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Although the food could be improved, I still enjoyed my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
