During my stay at Bush House And Camp, I had a fantastic experience with the breakfast menu. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's off-menu request and didn't charge us extra. The level of customer service was exceptional.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. the garden was well-maintained and peaceful, making it a nice place to relax. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

The breakfast was not great, with limited options and poor quality coffee. the room was basic and could have been cleaner.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to the president's house and just a short distance from the Giraffe Center. We loved being able to immerse ourselves in the local culture and have easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. our experience at this hotel was excellent and we would highly recommend it to others.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. Some of the plug sockets in our room were loose and came away from the wall, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities. The parking was convenient, and the location away from the center of Nairobi was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the guesthouse is away from the center of Nairobi, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance with any needs. Breakfast offers a variety of options, from coffee and tea to fruit and omelettes. The guesthouse is located very close to the Karen Blixen Museum, allowing guests to explore the historical site.

The shared toilets being right beside some of the rooms may result in noise disturbances.
