the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the beach access was a major highlight, and the apartments were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel had a great location - just on the beach with a nice private area for guests. The room was big and had all the amenities we needed, including a working safe and wifi. The balcony had a nice sea view and perfect for having a relaxing evening.

The staff was not very helpful and the service was quite slow.

During our recent stay at a beachfront apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern design and well-equipped facilities. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished, providing us with all the necessary electronics, including a hair blow dryer and iron box. The staff members were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even drying my phone after it accidentally fell into the pool. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a private beach right next to the apartments, allowing us to easily access the beach whenever we wanted. Additionally, the on-site restaurant, run by retired police officers, offered a great selection of delicious and affordable food, including fresh pizza and breakfast options. The private and relaxed atmosphere of Cowrie Shells made our stay truly enjoyable, and the proximity to Haller Park allowed us to explore the local wildlife and forest. I would highly recommend this beachfront apartment for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Although the swimming pool was a bit crowded during the day, we found that going for a swim in the evening, especially after 6 p.m., provided a more peaceful experience. Additionally, it was unfortunate that both lifts were out of order during our stay, which caused some inconvenience.

The proximity to the beach was fantastic. It was just a short walk away, which made it convenient for spending time by the sea. Additionally, the staff's warm welcome and the large and spacious rooms were great. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth, and the amenities provided in the room were a nice touch.

One downside was that the balconies faced each other, which meant limited privacy. The transparent sliding doors required us to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The spaciousness of the apartments allowed me to cook for myself, and there were also plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from. The location was perfect, with stunning beaches just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were pleased with our spacious and well-lit room and the friendly housekeeping staff. Even though the internet connection was weak, we managed to work. The location was good, and we appreciated management's prompt response to the things missing/not working in our room. we had a pleasant stay at the property.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cowrie Shell! The value for money was excellent and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and the staff treated me like family. The service was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the options would be great.

We were impressed by the superb restaurant, offering a great menu selection and staff that went above and beyond. The TV channels were good and the air conditioners were powerful. Clean and well-managed place.
