I recently stayed at Flamingo for a family vacation. The staff was professional, the food was great, and the kids loved the pool activities. The entertainment was also top-notch! A special shoutout to Jamila for her hospitality at check-in and Andrew for upgrading us to a beautiful room with ocean views. The hotel also had excellent security thanks to William. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had a truly amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the edge of the Indian Ocean, provided a breathtaking view of the pristine surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the city center, although a few kilometers away, was convenient, while still allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Shanzu beach. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with a staff that clearly understands the importance of customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging for a room change immediately upon request. The amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, provided a perfect balance of relaxation and leisure activities. The beach access was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand at our leisure.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach and the security was top-notch. The evening entertainment was outstanding, with memorable performances. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the variety of facilities, such as the pool and water aerobics, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The dinner meals could use more variety.

We recently stayed at a beach resort in Shanzu and had a great time. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the sea. The staff, especially Ms Pearl, Ms Guliana, Ms Elisabeth, Mr Dickson, and Ms Jackie. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with tea/coffee and toiletries. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices every day. The resort had three well-maintained swimming pools and offered a range of activities for both adults and children.

We did notice that some of the waiters were unfriendly and hesitant to work.

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at Prideinn. the property impressed us with its private beach and huge pool. the food was delicious and the buffet had a wide variety of scrumptious options. the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and exceeded our expectations. They were well-behaved, courteous, and kind. Special thanks to the marvelous reception team, the amazing restaurant staff, and the unforgettable animation team. We are forever grateful for the perfect execution of my marriage proposal. This stay will be treasured in our lives.

We had a lovely romantic weekend getaway! the complimentary wine and chocolates were a sweet touch and the room had a stunning view. the location was perfect, right on the beach with plenty of activities nearby. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options.

the service was slow and unresponsive at times. We also found that the noise levels from nearby construction were quite disruptive during the day.

The all-inclusive package offers good drinks and food, including afternoon tea. Lunch and tea are served at different locations, making it more interesting. There are plenty of sunbeds of all types, along with free beach towel service. The beach is public but usually empty with only a few souvenir sellers who won't bother you if you're firm. The ocean is warm and there's a refreshing sea breeze. The hotel restaurant and bar have a nice terrace with a view of the swimming pools. The staff is excellent, including the Front Office Manager, Chef, restaurant staff, animation team, and poolside team. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beachfront, a natural cave for dinners, and a pavilion bar with stunning sea views. it offers great value for money.
