We enjoyed the central location of Boulevard Nairobi, City Centre Cbd and found the pool area to be a great spot to relax.

Ideal for families with children. Lovely outdoor sitting areas, affordable restaurant, cozy rooms, and friendly helpful staff.

I never hesitate to return to this hotel. Staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Bar. Coming back for Easter!

the room was spacious and the staff were friendly. the breakfast included in the room price was a nice touch, with a good variety of options. the restaurant also offered a decent dinner selection, perfect for a group meal. the location was central and safe, with the added bonus of a beautiful garden view from our apartment.

The breakfast buffet was a delight! So much variety to try, especially the authentic local dishes. the outdoor dining area was peaceful, perfect for enjoying a meal. My room had a lovely view of lush greenery nearby, with the soothing sound of a nearby river. A nice touch of nature amidst the urban hustle. And yes, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which always puts a smile on my face.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety.

The live music at the bar and restaurant was a vibe on Friday evening, and the dinner menu had lots of vegan options, which was a win for me. the location near the National Museum was convenient for exploring. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant overall.

The room mix-up was a headache, and the laughter from reception when I requested a refund was unprofessional and frustrating. the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the nearby freeway was disruptive.

After exploring the Kenya National Museum and chilling at the beautiful garden, we partied hard in the happening city center. Rooms were cool, staff was dope, and the food was bangin'!

Wish they had more trendy hangout spots for us party animals - like a hip rooftop bar or a sick DJ lounge for some wild nights!
